How do I become a user of the website?

Go to 'New Users' in the right hand navigation and click to register.

Fill in the form. Note, all questions marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

In the 'About me' box we would like to know what you have been doing and where have you been living since you left college. What would you like to share with other students about college and your life after college.

Remember to tick the box if you wish to receive news and information from the National Star College.

Click the 'Submit' button to complete the registration process.

Once you have completed this click the submit box. You will be able to edit your page every time you log into the site so do not worry if you have not put everything in at this point. This form will be moderated before being posted live. This will take one working day. This is to make sure spelling and content are readable and suitable for other users.


Using the website:



Log in by entering your username and password.

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgotten your password?" and enter the email address that you registered with and your details will be emailed to you.

You can see the latest updates to other user's information. Simply click on their name to view their information.

Alternatively, you can choose to search for other users by first name and year. Simply click on the letter of the alphabet (or all letters of the alphabet) and then choose the year (or all years) and click on the 'View' button.


Editing your information:

Click on "Edit my profile"
Your can edit the following:

• My profile
• My private information - note, this information is not viewable by other users of the website.
• My life - this is where you can put all sorts of text based information about yourself.
• My photos - here you can upload up to 18 of your photos.
